Terms and Conditions
"We", "us" or "our" means Krav Maga Uk Limited of England. Registration number: 570
5959. Registered office Address: 19a Goodge Street, London, W1T 2PH.
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you
may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a
parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.
1. General Agreement
By accessing, using, browsing, buying or booking on this site you agree that you
have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you agree
to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Krav Maga
UK Ltd. unless and until Maga UK Ltd. accepts your order by way of an e-mail
confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have
ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all
purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Krav Maga UK
Ltd. sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon
as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
You undertake that all details you provide to Krav Maga Uk Limited for the purpose
of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or
debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to
cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your
responsibility to inform Krav Maga Uk Limited as soon as possible.
All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. We
can accept cancellations by email to cancel@institute-kravamaga.co.uk, by post
or by telephoning 01494 440212 during normal office hours. You may also withdraw
from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched but no later
than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product.
Where you have already received the goods, you must return them to Krav Maga UK
Ltd. unopened together with the original invoice. We will refund you the
purchase price of the goods. You will be liable for any charges incurred when
returning the goods to Krav Maga Uk Limited. Krav Maga Uk Limited reserves the right
to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint
condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
2. Changes to Site
We may change this site at any time without notice by adding or removing
features or services. This will be without liability to you. We reserve the
right to withdraw offers and discounts at any time and at our discretion.
Krav Maga Uk Limited does not warrant that the information accessible via this Site
is accurate and assumes no duty to update such information. We do not accept
liability for any errors or omissions.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we
will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the
price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to
let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil
your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for
a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the
option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to
cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods
in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount
in accordance with these Terms.
3. Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising
out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.
Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance
with their local laws and taxes as applicable. Any disputes not resolved by
normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of
England and Wales under English Law.
4. Data Privacy
Krav Maga Uk Limited has a privacy statement for all clients. All personal details
that you give us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customers details
to any outside organisation.
We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do
so, to keep all details of any orders and payments secure, but, in the absence
of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer
if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when
accessing or ordering.

You may save and print individual items included on this Site. However this must
be for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may also send selected individual items to other users of the site or your
friends provided that they only use them for their own personal, non-commercial
use. Any other onward distribution or further publication is prohibited.

7. Processing of Orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of dispatch. All charges are made
in GBP and include VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. For all UK orders
there is a charge of £2.00 for shipping. If an order is excessive in weight or
requires international delivery an additional amount may be charged. Any additional
fees will be displayed on checkout.
Every purchase made shall be deemed to be performed in England. English law shall
govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the
Site.
Krav Maga Uk Limited aims to process all orders within 24 hours of placement.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your goods. Your order may be delayed if
the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
8. Delivery
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods
will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order
Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You
may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of
your order are not delivered by us.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Krav Maga Uk Limited has
received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass
upon delivery to you.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to
import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You
should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; We advise
each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware
that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs
authorities.
9. Returns
All items purchased are guaranteed against defects. In the unlikely event that
you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or
defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form,
Krav Maga Uk Limited shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or
non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you
the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the
problem within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE
AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Should you find that the products you order are of the incorrect size, Krav Maga
UK Ltd. at its sole discretion may chose to replace these goods. You must inform
us by email to sales@kravmagaukshop.com. You may request a differnet size no
later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product.
Where you have already received the goods, you must return them to Krav Maga UK
Ltd. unopened together with the original invoice. You will be liable for any
charges incurred when returning the goods to Krav Maga Uk Limited.
Krav Maga Uk Limited reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any
goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such
goods, at its sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Re-delivery of the replacement sizes will be made within 48 hours of receiving
the return. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
11. Miscellaneous
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products
ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event
outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war,
flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion,
malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or
omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults
in their networks and equipment.
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of
any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
You may not permit, create unauthorized framing of, or deep linking to, the Site
or the creation of derivative works thereof from any otherwebsite under your
management or control.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order.
Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Play.com tracks the electronic
‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on Play.com to enable us and all legitimate
crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging
in criminal activities on our website.
These Terms supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments,
agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to
your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement
between Krav Maga Uk Limited and you relating to your purchase. Krav Maga Uk Limited
advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions
once your order has been accepted by us. We will store a copy of the contract
entered into by you with Krav Maga Uk Limited. You are advised to read (and are
responsible for reading) fully all information on this website.
If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be
invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining
parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be
unaffected.
